ERP and MES systems integration, from the machine to the office

We connect your company's systems so every piece of data is entered only once: orders flow down from the ERP to the MES and the line, and output, consumption and downtime flow back up on their own. We integrate from the shop floor, with Siemens, Beckhoff, Omron or CODESYS PLCs, up to platforms such as SAP, Odoo, Salesforce or Jira, following the ISA-95 model and using what you already have.

Problems we solve

Data typed in twice

The order is copied from the ERP into a production sheet and the shift report is typed into the system again. Every copy is lost time and a chance for error.

Systems that don't talk

The ERP, the MES, the CRM and the project tool each hold a different version of the same reality. Nobody knows which figure is right.

The shop floor is a black box

Real output, rejects and downtime are known at the end of the shift, or at the end of the month. Deciding with that delay is deciding blind.

Machines that expose no data

Equipment from different makers and eras, each with its own protocol. Without a layer that normalises them, their data never reaches any system.

What we do

We design the integration architecture and implement it layer by layer, without stopping production and without replacing what works.

Systems integration: ERP, MES and enterprise platforms

Shop-floor integration

Reading Siemens, Beckhoff, Omron and CODESYS PLCs and other equipment over OPC UA, MQTT, Modbus, PROFINET or EtherNet/IP. We program or modify the PLC when needed.

From the ERP to the line

Production orders, routings and bills of materials flow from the ERP to the MES and the machine without being re-entered.

From the line to the ERP

Output, consumption, rejects and downtime recorded from the machine and sent back to the ERP for costing and stock.

Custom MES or the missing modules

If you have no MES, we build the layer your process needs: batch traceability, OEE, quality or production reports.

Connecting business systems

SAP, Odoo, Salesforce or Jira connected to each other via API, database or file exchange, with single master data.

Monitoring and history

Signal and event history in a database and web dashboards to follow the plant from a browser.

How we work

An integration is designed from the data: what exists, where it lives and who needs it.

01

Inventory of systems and data

We review machines, PLCs, MES, ERP and other platforms, and note what data each one exposes and how.

02

Layered architecture

We define which data travels from where to where, how often and who owns each master record, following ISA-95.

03

Integration in phases

We connect one layer at a time, alongside operations, and validate each flow with real data before moving on.

04

Go-live and measurement

We document every interface, train your team and measure the time and errors removed.

Technologies

We work with the most widespread automation environments and business platforms, and with open protocols.

Frequently asked questions

What is ERP and MES integration?

It means connecting the company's business system (ERP) with the manufacturing execution system (MES) so production orders reach the shop floor and real output, consumption and downtime return to the ERP without being typed. The reference model for organising those layers is ISA-95 (IEC 62264).

Do we have to change our ERP to integrate it?

No. We connect to the ERP you already have, such as SAP or Odoo, through its API, its database or whatever file exchange it accepts. If your system exposes no data, we find the least invasive route and explain it to you first.

Can you connect machines from different manufacturers?

Yes. We read what each machine already exposes and normalise it: Siemens, Beckhoff, Omron or CODESYS-based PLCs, and equipment that speaks OPC UA, MQTT, Modbus, PROFINET or EtherNet/IP. On older machines we add the missing gateway without replacing them.

What if we have no MES?

We build the layer your process needs, from automatic production reports to batch traceability, OEE or quality control, and integrate it with your ERP. You don't need a full MES to get started.

Do we have to stop production to integrate?

Usually not. We work alongside operations and plan any PLC or plant network changes with you so they happen during scheduled stops.
